Emma Sjoberg was born on September 13, 1968 in Stockholm into an international family. The girl's father was a Swede, her mother came to Scandinavia from the Congo. But the parents broke up when Emma had not yet gone to school. Mugler directed and costumed the video shortly after his spring 1992 show and made use of pieces like the bustier. Favorite models of Mugler such as Eva Herzigova, Linda Evangelista, and Nadja Auermann were featured in Michael’s video, and Emma Sjoberg was chosen to wear the now-iconic bustier ensemble.

Emma Wiklund (née Sjöberg; 13 September 1968) is a Swedish fashion model and actress. She appeared on several covers of Elle magazine and in the 1992 George Michael music video for " Too Funky ". Her acting roles include playing police officer Petra in four of the Taxi films (1998–2007).

Emma starred in several music videos, among other Vanessa Paradis’ Tandem (1990) and George Michael’s Too Funky (1991). In the early 90s Emma worked extensively with the legendary French designer Thierry Mugler whose fashion shows was something out of the ordinary at the Paris fashion scene.
